Once you establish an account with Foodgalaxy.com, our customer
service team creates a customized inventory list for your establishment(s)
on our secure website. You provide us the product items, and
Foodgalaxy.com creates the secure database.

|
Your
distributor sales representatives (DSRs) are issued usernames
and passwords to access your account and maintain up-to-date
pricing. You communicate to your DSRs how often the prices
need to be updated. For example, if you purchase every Monday,
Wednesday and Friday afternoon, your DSRs need to update their
prices every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning BEFORE you
create an order.
This
process is no different from the way operators receive a
fax or phone call today from their DSRs. With Foodgalaxy.com
you are making the process of collecting prices easier.

The prices you receive from your distributors can be entered
into PowerPurchasing 1 of 2 methods:

Your DSRs log on with their unique username and passwords
to PowerPurchasing. They will then update their prices
for each item in your inventory. |

|
If any of your DSRs are not on the Internet, you can
fax them a price sheet created on PowerPurchasing. They
will fax you back the updated sheet and you can enter
the prices into the system for your DSR.

|
|
After
you enter an order, PowerPurchasing creates your purchase
orders.
With PowerPurchasing, you have the ability to compare your
distributors' prices or you can purchase from one distributor.
So, if you are particular about a brand sold by only one distributor
or you do not want to "price" out your center-of-the-plate
items, you do not have to!
